Delivery
Delivery will normally be 2–3 working days after despatch. Confirmation of despatch will be sent via email. Payment will not be taken until goods are ready for despatch. All items must be paid for prior to despatch.
Non Delivery
Please inform us if your goods do not arrive within 7 working days of receiving your despatch notification email. This will allow us to follow up any undelivered items.
Postage
Delivery within the UK is free. Shipments to the Republic of Ireland and Europe will bear a flat rate delivery charge of £10. The rest of the world will bear a flat rate charge of £15.
Returns
We hope that you will be satisfied with our products. Should your purchase prove not to be suitable, please return within 7 working days and we will replace or refund the goods. Products must be returned in the original packaging and must be in “as new condition”. Belts must be coiled and not folded, as this damages the leather. The Avion label must still be attached with the plastic cord still intact. Please note, if this label has been removed we cannot accept the return.
Customers are liable for the cost of returning any items. When returning goods via royal mail, please ensure you request proof of delivery, as the goods remain the customers’ responsibility until they are received by Avion.
Faulty Goods
All goods are individually checked prior to despatch. Should an item prove to be in less than perfect condition, please return to us within 7 working days for a refund/replacement. Please do not remove the Avion label. Please note, if this label has been removed we cannot accept the return.
Should in wear, a fault develop please advise us by phone on +44 (0) 1342 835551 or email on avion.ltd@btinternet.com and we will arrange for the item to be repaired or replaced. This does not affect your statutory rights.
